Consumer Insights Manager

Senior Demand Planning Manager
ST. LOUIS, MO The Senior Demand Planning Manager position is responsible for the demand phase of the S&OP process. The position is responsible for calculating a statistical forecast, utilizing Demand Works (the software package NV uses for forecasting) on the base business to be used as the basis for the projected demand of the business. The position will also work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify and understand activities and programs that drive demand that are not included in the statistical trend forecast including new products being launched through the Company’s innovation process. The entire demand forecast will feed the supply phase of the S&OP process and be the basis for the Company’s financial forecast and AOP processes. The forecast will include SKU level information by channel and major customer within each channel. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to learn quickly, be able to analyze information and present findings in an understandable way to Management and be able to generate a large amount of work in a timely and accurate manner. Strategic Sourcing Manager
ST. LOUIS, MO This position will manage the strategic sourcing for goods and services. The primary focus will be identifying and analyzing key suppliers in target spend markets, managing a RFP/RFQ process, aligning with and building supplier relationships, managing supply and price risk, and capturing and measuring results. Training and Communications Content Manager
ST. LOUIS, MO The Training and Communications Content Manger will work closely with the heads of each business channel to develop a training content plan that will optimize our in-store people resources. LINCOLN, NE This position is responsible for assisting the day to day activities of plant operations following production schedule, raw material flow through processing and plant operations. Supervisor is also responsible for making sure standard yields and standard lbs. per hour are met on daily basis. Lincoln, NE This position is responsible for leading a team performing industrial cleaning and sanitation of equipment in a food processing plant. The majority of the team’s time will be spent on equipment cleaning and sanitation, but the group will also be required to understand and carry out other tasks to support the greater team. Talent Acquisition Specialist
ST. LOUIS, MO The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing of high quality Brand Ambassadors throughout an assigned geographical area utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media. This position will identify and attract qualified candidates for part-time store level employment from initial sourcing and contact, through the full-cycle interview process, extending the offer and onboarding the Brand Ambassadors complete with online training. Lincoln, NE This position presents an opportunity to be full-time member of a maintenance team with significant professional growth potential. Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to support the greater team. The majority of the time will be on general maintenance tasks and machine repair to ensure the smooth operation of the production process, but will also do special projects and preventative maintenance when not doing work necessary to keep production running.
